📌 My package says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it.

• Check with your neighbors or household members.
• Look around your property (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.).
• Contact USPS or your local post office for more details. 
• If no package can be found, we will either resend the order or issue a refund, unless the courier provides proof of delivery to the correct location.

📌 My package hasn’t moved for several days.

• Sometimes tracking updates can be delayed.
• If it’s been more than 5 business days without movement, contact us for help. we will either resend the order or issue a full refund. 
• If it’s been more than 10 business days without movement, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund.

📌 My tracking number says “Returned to Sender.”
This usually happens if the address was incorrect or the package couldn’t be delivered. Please check the tracking details and reach out to us so we can assist you.

✅ 30-Day Return Policy – You can return any princess dress or dress-up costume within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Condition of Items – Items must be unworn (aside from trying on) and have the original tags attached.
✅ No Restocking Fee – You’ll receive a full refund for the exact amount you paid for the order.
