What is your Return / Exchange Policy?

Dressupfun accepts returns as long as the item is unworn (besides trying on) and tags are still attached. We do provide free return shipping on returns, please contact us to start the return process.

What is your turnaround time?

We generally ship within 48 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, and it typically takes between 5-8 business days to get delivered  in the United States except for Hawaii and Alaska.

Do you have a store where I can go and browse your products?

We do not have a storefront, we sell all items online, and ship from our warehouse in California. 

Do you ship internationally?

No for now but will do so shortly.
