Troubleshooting Tracking Issues
📌 My tracking number isn’t working.
Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to update after shipping. Please check back later.
📌 My package says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it.
- Check with your neighbors or household members.
- Look around your property (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.).
- Contact USPS or your local post office for more details. Their number is 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Or you can file a case here: Email USPS.
📌 My package hasn’t moved for several days.
- Sometimes tracking updates can be delayed.
- If it’s been more than 3 business days without movement, contact us for assistance.
📌 My tracking number says “Returned to Sender.”
This usually happens if the address was incorrect or the package couldn’t be delivered. Please check the detailed information in the tracking detail and reach out to us so we can assist you.
