At Dressupfun, we want every kid to be happy with his/her costume. If your boy/girl is not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns simple and hassle-free!

Return Eligibility

✅ 30-Day Return Policy – You can return any princess dress or dress-up costume within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Condition of Items – Items must be unworn (aside from trying on) and have the original tags attached.
✅ No Restocking Fee – You’ll receive a full refund for the exact amount you paid for the order.

Return Shipping & Exceptions

🚚 We Cover Return Shipping – We’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label for hassle-free returns.

⚠️ Exception: If you cancel an order after it has shipped (while it’s in transit), you will need to pay for return shipping.

Refund & Exchange Processing

💳 Fast Refunds & Exchanges – We process refunds and exchanges within 2 business days after receiving the returned order. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
