Standard Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: $6.90
  • Delivery Time: 4–6 business days

Shipping Restrictions

  • 📍 We ship to the continental U.S. only.
  • ❌ We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories and islands.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • 🚀 Faster Deliveries for West Coast Orders – Orders originating from the West Coast may arrive earlier than the estimated timeframe, regardless of the selected shipping method.
  • ⚠️ Possible Delays – Delivery times may be affected by carrier issues, adverse weather conditions, or seasonal demand. To avoid delays, we recommend placing orders early, especially during Halloween and Christmas.

Troubleshooting Tracking Issues & Refund Policy

📌 My tracking number isn’t working.
Tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping. Please check back later.

📌 My package says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it.

  • Check with your neighbors or household members.
  • Look around your property (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.).
  • Contact USPS or your local post office for more details. 
  • If no package can be found, we will either resend the order or issue a refund, unless the courier provides proof of delivery to the correct location.

📌 My package hasn’t moved for several days.

  • Sometimes tracking updates can be delayed.
  • If it’s been more than 5 business days without movement, contact us for help. we will either resend the order or issue a full refund. 
  • If it’s been more than 10 business days without movement, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund.

📌 My tracking number says “Returned to Sender.”
This usually happens if the address was incorrect or the package couldn’t be delivered. Please check the tracking details and reach out to us so we can assist you.
